A Straight Shooter

Hunting has been a part of me since before I can remember. My grandfather, John Charron, was born in Worcester, Massachusetts and was a hunting fanatic since the early 1900's. In the 1940's, he began training dogs for wealthy sportsmen. He raised, trained and sold Fox Hounds, English Springers, German Short-haired Pointers, Labrador Retrievers and various other breeds right up until he died in 1975. He even raised foxes to use them to train his dogs.

My father John Charron Jr. grew up during the depression. He hunted out of necessity, but this quickly grew into a passion. I started hunting with him as a toddler, by carrying an unloaded gun. I soon graduated to a BB gun, and on to a .22 LR. By 11 years of age, I was shooting light 12 gauge loads, and reloading shells with a cheap Lee Loader that Santa brought.

I shot my first whitetail at 12 years old with a .30-30 Winchester and I have hunted deer every year since. My family owns over 100,000 acres of land along the Saskatchewan border, so I am well bred on hunting big whitetails and have shot several world class deer with rifle, muzzle loader and bow. I've also been fortunate enough to harvest most North American big game. In 2004 I brought one of my clients to Africa on Safari and fullfilled a life long dream in the process. I have since expanded my hunting experience with hunts in Alaska and other parts of the world.

Enter360 was conceived in 1998 to serve the needs of the hunting and shooting industry - one where good design is noticeably absent. I felt that I could contribute to the lifestyle I love by bringing high quality web and print design to manufacturers and retailers of optics, guns, and sporting equipment world wide. I'm happy to report an enormous response from the hunting, shooting and outdoor sports community. I feel truly blessed for being able to work in such a great industry with such great people.
