Led personally, staffed precisely.
Enter360 has operated at every scale. What has not changed is who leads the work, and what gets measured at the end of it.
The model
Every engagement is led personally by founder Sheldon Charron and staffed with a senior specialist crew sized to the job: directors of photography, developers, designers, editors, print and packaging partners, media buyers. The studio has run twenty-person teams, managed vendors across borders, and built and trained clients' own marketing departments until they could run alone.
The point is senior judgment at every step and no handoffs. The person who diagnosed the problem is the person directing the fix.
The studio is based in Austin and keeps its crew relationships in Los Angeles, where it worked for twelve years. Location has never been a constraint: most clients have been out of state or out of country, and the studio has shot across Canada and the United States, in Alaska, in Africa, and in the Arctic, including a hundred miles up the coast of Hudson Bay in an open boat with Inuit hunters for an economic development initiative, three men and drums of fuel, back with ten caribou. Crews can be assembled wherever the work is.
The record
A quarter century, three citiesWinnipeg
Enter360 began as a virtual reality production company and grew into a full-service agency and development studio of about twenty people. The SWFA, FOXPRO, and EyeTech engagements come from this era, along with the Umbilical platform and an advisory seat in retail technology.
Los Angeles
The studio expanded into production: branded content, documentaries, and series for Amazon and Wild TV, and brand films for clients like EPI Construction and Rockspring Capital. Its principal also produced and directed reenactment episodes of a Discovery ID true-crime series. A feature screenplay, CORNERED, came out of this period too, and was optioned.
Austin, Texas
Principal-led engagements for companies across Texas and beyond, from The Ranch at Camp Ka Hui 'Ana to Bryant Custom, plus the studio's own software products: CallTuneAI, PREYR, and Doubleback.

What clients and partners say"Had a great meeting with new clients from a Jewish school and synagogue on a large 10 mil project this morning. They all were very impressed with the film so it's doing its job well. They said it was like they had already met us. Thanks for getting us to this next level."
Gary Blackwell, President, EPI Construction
"Sheldon did extensive research to understand our private equity real estate platform, then distilled it into a meaningful marketing strategy and an exceptional corporate video. His professionalism and technical expertise far exceeded our expectations."
Jim McAllister, CEO, Rockspring
"This is one of the best show openers to come across my desk in a long time. You immediately hooked me emotionally via Tink's reflective attitude and I wanted to share in his memories and adventures. Then you moved into gripping action and some fun camaraderie. Loved it!"
Helgie Eymundson, Head of Programming, Sportsman Channel
"I've been working with Sheldon for over 20 years. You can count on him with your creative direction, campaign management and branding. You can trust him with media buying and negotiation. Sheldon is honest and treats you like a friend. Without reservation, I recommend him."
Mike Kizzire, Regional Sales Manager, Grand View Outdoors
"Sheldon produced our first 300 page catalog. Then he managed to get a quote for printing 100k catalogs that was 3x less than my closest quote here in Dallas. He could have kept it as profit but deducted it from our invoice. This set the tone for a partnership that lasted nearly a decade."
Chris Farris, SWFA, Riflescopes.com, Super Sniper Optics
"Sheldon was a fantastic producing partner and his team worked tirelessly to bring Minii Ayam to life. I was very impressed with his technical mastery and eye for detail. He simply saw things and set a standard for the production that was beyond anything I have seen."
Mike Axelrad, Host and Co-Executive Producer, Minii Ayam
"Sheldon went way above and beyond our expectations. We needed a rebrand and a new website, but he convinced me to do a bio-documentary as part of the strategy. When the film was released on Amazon, things went to a whole new level."
Mike Bryant, Bryant Custom
"Sheldon is obviously very dedicated at what he does. I am so thankful for all of his hard work and knowledge."
